Return Authorization Form

Standard Airsled products can be returned 30 days from the time they are received by the customer. Please use the Return Authorization form below to initiate the process. Please note, this form is to be used for Airsled.com orders only.

Existing Customers

Existing customers can initiate a return directly from your account dashboard. Click below to go to your account page.

Guest Customers

If you checked out as a guest, please click below to fill out our guest return request form. In that email will be a link to view your order and initiate a return.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Airsled strongly recommends that all returns be insured for their full value. While carriers like FedEx, USPS, and UPS are incredibly safe and reliable, in the event an issue arises during the return shipping process, having insurance will provide you with additional safeguards. Please ensure contents like the blower are protected in the original packing or something comparable (e.g., crumpled newspaper) to prevent contents from being jostled around during shipping. DO NOT use packing peanuts, which may enter the Airsled components, leading to damage. Our return address is:

Per Airsled’s Warranty, if products are returned within the 30-day period with visible signs of heavy usage, damage, and/or alteration, Airsled reserves the right to withhold up to 25% of the purchase price to cover repair and refurbishment costs.
