Standard Shipping Methods, Rates, and Processing Time
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination, and the shipping method selected. The default shipping method is UPS Standard Ground unless otherwise specified during the checkout process. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1- 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

Expedited Shipping Methods and Rates including SATURDAY Delivery
We offer several expedited UPS shipping options during checkout to accommodate your needs. If you require SATURDAY delivery, you must place the order by directly calling us 1-800-AIRSLED Monday – Thursday from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST, Fridays from 8:30am – noon EST. Orders placed directly through our website are NOT ELIGIBLE for SATURDAY delivery. You can view the available shipping methods and their respective rates during the checkout process.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment. Order status inquiries can be sent to airsled@airsled.com.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Estimates:
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Restrictions:
Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. We will notify you if any such restrictions apply to your order.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier delays.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
