& Refund Policy

Airsled proudly stands behinds its products. If a product does not meet your needs, please contact our Customer Service at (800) 247-7533 to authorize the return of the merchandise. Please have the order number ready when requesting a return. A return authorization number is required for processing any return shipment.

Our Return Policies are as follows:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Upon return, Airsled will inspect the merchandise for damage and reserves the right to withhold up to 15% of the purchase price if the product is returned heavily damaged or in a non-operating state. Damage may include but is not limited to tears in the rubber fabric, deep scratches or dents in the blower’s metal housing and cracks or gouges in the airbeam(s).

We apologize for any inconvenience if your order arrives damaged or with defective items. Please contact Airsled’s Customer Service immediately if you have received a damaged or defective item to initiate a return and/or refund. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the product and shipping charges. Damaged or defective items must be returned to Airsled and Airsled will cover return shipping costs. Only after Airsled has received the damaged or defective merchandise will it issue a full refund.

In addition to its standard offerings, Airsled also designs and manufactures CUSTOM solutions. CUSTOM solutions that are designed and built based on a customer’s specific and approved requirements are nonrefundable. If a CUSTOM product fails to perform as desired, Airsled will work with you to remedy the situation but additional costs may be incurred for material and labor.

All refunded monies will be applied to the original payment method used for the order and should be proceeded within 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping
& Delivery

Orders on standard products placed by 2pm EST Mon – Fri are typically processed and shipped the same day. Airsled uses UPS for all its standard shipping. Once an order is shipped, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for arrival. Airsled will email tracking details to the email used when the order was placed and will notify you of any exceptions that may cause a delivery delay.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $99 shipping within the mainland United States. If an item is eligible for free shipping, this will be noted in the product description. If your order also contains one or more non-eligible items, shipping will ONLY be charged for non-eligible items on standard shipping methods. No post-payment shipping charges will ever be applied. An email confirmation is provided upon shipment of all orders.

We typically do not require a signature for delivery on orders. At the discretion of the courier, the delivery driver will reserve the right to either leave the package or hold for future delivery. If you require a signature for delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if no signature is requested and the courier confirms delivery to the address provided.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories
Airsled uses UPS for shipping outside of the continental United States. A shipping quote for your order can be seen in the shopping cart and during order review prior to checkout. Additional lead times may apply.

Expedited
Shipping

If you require expedited shipping, please contact Airsled’s Customer Service at (800) 247-7533 to make necessary arrangements. Most expedited orders placed before 12pm EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. Please note that delivery estimates provided are in business days and do not include weekends (For example, an order placed before noon on Friday with overnight shipping will deliver on Monday).

We recommend calling our Customer Service if you require guaranteed delivery by a specific date. Although generally accurate, delivery estimates provided for online orders are not guaranteed. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship a rush order within 1 business day, you will be contacted by phone or email. You will have the option to cancel or make any changes to your order.
