& Refund Policy
Airsled proudly stands behind its products. If a product does not meet your needs, please contact our Customer Service at (800) 247-7533, email us at airsled@airsled.com, or go to Support>Returns to submit a Returns Request Form to authorize the return of the merchandise. Please have the order number ready when requesting a return. A return authorization number is required for processing any return shipment.
Our Return Policies are as follows:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Upon return, Airsled will inspect the merchandise for damage and reserves the right to withhold up to 25% of the purchase price if the product is returned heavily damaged or in a non-operating state. Damage may include but is not limited to tears in the rubber fabric, deep scratches or dents in the blower’s metal housing, and cracks or gouges in the airbeam(s).
We apologize for any inconvenience if your order arrives damaged or with defective items. Please contact Airsled’s Customer Service immediately if you have received a damaged or defective item to initiate a return and/or refund. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the product and shipping charges. Damaged or defective items must be returned to Airsled and Airsled will cover return shipping costs. Only after Airsled has received the damaged or defective merchandise will it issue a full refund.
In addition to its standard offerings, Airsled also designs and manufactures CUSTOM solutions. CUSTOM solutions that are designed and built based on a customer’s specific and approved requirements are nonrefundable. If a customer-approved, CUSTOM product fails to perform as described, Airsled will work with you to remedy the situation but additional costs may be incurred for material and labor.
All refunded monies will be applied to the original payment method used for the order and should be processed within 5-7 business days.
