3-IN-1 Multi-Purpose Mover with 12×39 Air Beams

The 3-IN-1 Multi-Purpose Mover is designed for maximum versatility and is ideal for loads that have either unusual footprints or uneven weight distribution. When evaluating the 12×39 or 10×48 model, consider the following to ensure optimal performance. You want to A) Position the air beams so they are centered under the lifting points and/or have as much of the load as possible directly over the air beams, and B) Minimize extension of the front and rear of the air beams past the load. The diagrams in the photo gallery help illustrate these points. As with all Airsled systems, users may need to reposition the air beams several times to determine the best lifting points (or “sweet spot”) to lift and move the desired load weighing up to 2,300 lbs. For loads with more basic footprints, the system can function with two air beams and is rated to lift 1,400 lbs. The system can even be used as a single air beam solution rated to lift 1,000 lbs. These air beam configuration options greatly increase the range of system capabilities and performance.
